CRM Prompt
The CRM prompt is enabled on the POS under Configuration>Settings>Transactions
When enabled, the cashier is prompted with the question of whether the customer wants to be added to CRM. This is an easy way to remind the cashier to ask the customer. Also, if the response is yes, the cashier is directed to the Add Customer screen to add the customer.
Information can be swiped from their drivers license.
