Check if the printer is powered on
Check if the printer has paper

1. Check the Power Cord
  1. Check if power is connect to the power source
  2. Check if the power cable is connected to the power pack securely

3. Check the Cash Drawer Cable
Check if your printer is online not offline
1. Go into Control Panel
2. Printer and Faxes
3. Right click your printer make sure it's not set to "Use Printer Offline"
Check the printer pending documents and clear it

3. Right click your printer and select open, select the printer tab and select "Cancel All Documents"
