Equipment Warranty Replacement (ProPort)

Overview:

90 day unconditional advance warranty. Replacement unit sent using USPS 2 day shipping (with pick up of defective unit). If replacement needs to be overnighted, pricing is attached.

After 90 days, the warranty is replacement using UPS ground shipping. Expedited shipping is charged at pricing below.

After warranty has expired (1 year warranty) and for all other peripherals:

Proport - cost of repairs plus shipping, we will send replacement

Peripherals - follow manufacturer’s direction

SHIPPING COSTS:

Proport only (3 lbs) - including Saturday delivery:

USPS 2 day  - No charge to merchant if first 90 days, after first 90 days $30.00

If merchant needs O/N: cost is $55.00, if first 90 days, after first 90 days $85.00

Proport with stand (7 lbs) - including Saturday delivery:

USPS 2 day - (in first 90 days) if merchant needs Proport shipped attached to stand, cost is $35.00 . After 90 days $65.00

If merchant needs O/N, cost is $75.00, if first 90 days. After first 90 days $110.00
