Reinstalling POS application

First you want to go to https://retailcloud.atlassian.net/wiki/ and search GA to take you to our wiki page with the latest version of the app. Make sure you select the correct app according to MySQL version installed on POS. If you don't the app will not install.

Once you download it you want to run the application.

Step 1: The setup wizards is going to come up - Press Next


Step 2: License and Agreements - Press Next - Then it will check for Java (POS needs java to run application)

Step 3 - It will check for MySQL - Press OK - (POS needs MySQL to run application)

Step 4 - You select Fresh installation - Press Next

Step 5 - Then you enter your root password - This is the password that you created when you installed MySQL

  • Press Install

Step 6 - It will start installing  - then Press Finish
