Leap Year Unix Date/Time Stamp Issue

Problem

The date/time stamp on reports may be off based on a knwn issue with Unix (for reports using the date range starting with February 29 or March 1 2016

Solution

Increase the date range for the reporting period to exceed February 29 or March 1 2016 and information will be correctly reflected for the correct time frame.

This issue was identified in the Financial Reconciliation Report starting with March 1 2016
