The Application will not Open
Problem
User presses on the retailcloud icon on their register - and application will not open
Solution
The application may have been loaded twice on the same computer - check for multiple copies of java (delete if more than one). Check to see if inventrak pos system and retailcloud pos system are both programs on the register (remove inventrak pos system). You may need to uninstall and reinstall the application
Other cause could be missing library files. that are needed in 4.1.03 (and had not been needed in 4.1.01). The files are: dropbox-client-1.5.3.jar, dropbox-core-sdk-1.7.6.jar, and json-simple.jar
