Amount not Automatically sent to Paygistix Client
If you are using retailcloud's Enterprise App (Desktop) and when you hit the Credit Tender and you cannot see the Amount displayed automatically in the pop up to swipe the card, that means you have a Hashtag(#) in your password. The Hashtag(#) causes the amount not to be sent to the Paygistix Client and Paygistix is aware of this issue. The current workaround is to change your password and use a different character instead of the Hashtag(#).
