Printer getting Access Denied


When printer is not configured correctly on the TabPOS sometimes you get a pop up saying access denied when receipt trying to print


These are the steps to fix issue.

  1. You should switch the Printer USB to a different USB port on tablet
  2. You should then log out and close the app
  3. Then you reboot the tablet
  4. Login into the App and configure printer to USB
  5. The popup "Allow the app Retailcloud_Tab to access the USB device?" comes up
  6. Check the box "Use by default for this USB device" and press OK.

Now you will be able to print without getting the Access Denied popup,
