Printer getting Access Denied
Problem
When printer is not configured correctly on the TabPOS sometimes you get a pop up saying access denied when receipt trying to print
Solution
These are the steps to fix issue.
- You should switch the Printer USB to a different USB port on tablet
- You should then log out and close the app
- Then you reboot the tablet
- Login into the App and configure printer to USB
- The popup "Allow the app Retailcloud_Tab to access the USB device?" comes up
- Check the box "Use by default for this USB device" and press OK.
Now you will be able to print without getting the Access Denied popup,
