Secondary Printer

Overview:

This is our Secondary Printer function. This is useful for Merchants that want Kitchen Printing which lets you print a copy of a transaction receipt to a secondary location like the kitchen. So once the server is done taking the order a copy of what the Customer want gets printed on the second printer and the kitchen could get started on the Customer's food.

You can also use Secondary Printer with retail ,merchants, When configures when merchant does sale it will just print out 1 receipt on the Secondary Printer automatically and then it will give you the option to print a copy on Original Printer. 

Details:

1. Go to Configuration using the left menu

2. Select Hardware from the top menu

3. Under Secondary Receipt, choose Network Printer

4. Enter the IP address of the router that your Ethernet Printer is connected to

Changes will automatically save

Now when you are finished taking orders, 2 receipts will print: 1 for customer & 1 for the kitchen
