Installing the TSC ME240 Barcode Printer

1. Plug in the Barcode Printer to your computer via USB Cable

2. Insert the CD ROM that came with the Barcode Printer

3. Select Drivers – Driver Wizard.exe (Pop up appears)

4. Select Install Printer – the computer should pick it up – select “Next” then Finish

Configure the TSC ME240 Barcode Printer

1. Insert Roll of Labels to Barcode Printer

2. Feed Paper through the Media Sensor

3. Adjust the Media Sensors and Label Guide to fit your size of label

4. **Important - Make sure the Media Sensor is set in the middle of the label so it will print it in the center**

5. Now go into Printers and Faxes to adjust the label dimensions

6. Right click the barcode printer – Go into Properties – Select Preferences

7. Edit the Label Size to your Label Size – Select Apply

8. Log into CAS

9. Go into Transaction – Inventory – Warehouse – Generate Barcode Labels

10. Select Roll Printer – Select what you want on the label – Select label size

11. Look up item and Generate Barcode Label

12.  Select the Print button

13. Select the Barcode Printer - Uncheck the “Fit to page” and Print.
