Use of Reason Codes:

Reason codes are helpful to crate dropdown options for misc cash transactions, both cash disbursements and cash receipts

Details:

For misc cash transactions, such as lottery ticket sales or replenishing cash drawer. This allows you to provide a customized description for your common transactions

The Cash Management report will display the reason codes as part of the transaction detail
