The user can modify transactions. User selects the type of transaction to be modified (discount, tax, coupon, royalty, refund reason, or price book). Each type selected will display a different list of names. User checks desired name and clicks find. He will then be taken to a screen where he can edit the details. The screen will look like a create screen for that option but user edits existing details rather than submitting new information.
For example, user can edit the description, amount, and validity dates of a coupon or the structure name, percentage, and minimum taxable amount of a tax.
Access - Access to this function at an enterprise level is limited by default to the System Administrator and Financial users only. Accounting, store managers, warehouse general managers as well as zone managers and human resource managers may modify transaction settings at Venues or Store assigned to them.
