Partner - Inactivate Merchant Domains

Overview: Partner Admin can make their merchant domains inactive (or activate ones that are currently inactive)

Steps to inactivate a merchant domain:

Log into CAS using your partner admin credentials

Go to Management>User>Merchant>Modify Merchant

Access the domain to inactivate

Change the status from active to inactive>save

The change takes effect immediately, the merchant will no longer be able to log into CAS or their devices

Steps to activate an inactive merchant domain:

Log into CAS using your partner admin credentials

Go to Management>User>Merchant>Modify Merchant

Change Status of the search to Inactive>Access the domain to activate

Change the status from inactive to active>save

The change takes 24 hours until the merchant is able to log into CAS or their devices
