CAS - Suspending and Resuming Transactions
Overview
Sales transactions can be suspended prior to completion and then completed at another register, store, or even another venue. This allows for greater flexibility to better serve customers.
From CAS, the user can view all of the suspended transactions by venue, store, or register and act upon the status. The suspended transactions can be voided if they are no longer relevant.
Email alerts can be configured to send an alert when a transaction is suspended or resumed on the POS.
By Selecting the check box and hitting void a user can cancel a suspended transaction.
