Overview
To import warehouse balances into the database.
Mandatory fields:
WarehouseID: The ID of the warehouse where the balances are going to be saved.
ItemID: The item ID of all the items thats to be placed in the warehouse.
OB: Opening balance quantity of the items is entered here.

BinID: bin id associated to the warehouse, which the item will be placed in
Actions performed on successful import:
On Successful import of the warehouse balances, the quantity is saved in the database.
