To import royalty rates into the system.
Creating Royalty rates list
All are mandatory fields in the CSV file.
RoyaltyID: User has to provide the unique id in the csv file and which is not exist in the table.
Name: User has to provide the Name of the royalty in this field.
Level: Here user has to enter the %.here integer and decimal values are accepted.
Actions performed on successful import:
1)On Successful import data will be inserted into royalty table in merchant database.
2)Royalty info will be broadcasted to all connected pos.
3)Royalty info will be updated to pos database (royalty table).
