Merchandise Receipts

Overview

Use this report to generate summary or detail information on merchandise receiving. 

Handy Hint

Use the Reprint Receipt function to get a copy of the original receipt. Use Purchase Order Tracking to review original Purchase Orders.

Details

User provides details and generates a merchandise receipt report. User specifies the report by the venue, store, warehouse, and vendor, then provides the dates between which the merchandise receipts are to be reported. User selects against purchase order if he wants the report to show only orders received against a purchase order. User selects detailed if he wants the report to show the UPCs and their details for each order. The user then generates the report which provides the vendor, venue, store/warehouse, purchase order number, purchase order date, transaction number, and transaction date for each merchandise receipt.

Merchandise Transfers

Overview

User provides details and generates a transfer report of merchandise transferred .

Details



 User specifies the report by the type of transfer, the source, the destination, the transfer status (if user wants the report to show only open transfers, closed transfers, erred transfers, or all transfers), and the dates between which the transfers are to be reported. User selects detailed if he wants the report to show the UPCs and their details for each order. The user then can generate the report or download the CSV file. The generated report provides the transaction number, source, destination, who sent the inventory, the sent date, remarks, the date received, who received the inventory, the transfer commit reason, and the status. If detailed is checked the report will break down the transactions by items and show item detail as well as quantity on hand.

 

Access

Access to this function at an enterprise level is limited by default to the System Administrator and Financial users only. Accounting, store managers, warehouse general managers as well as zone managers may view Merchandise Transfers report at Venues or Store assigned to them.

Pending Store Orders

Overview

User provides details and generates a pending order report. User specifies the report by the warehouse or stores and the dates between which the orders are to be reported.  User selects detailed if he wants the report to show the UPCs and their details for each order.  The user then can generate the report which provides a bar code, the order number, the initiator warehouse, the receiving store, and the order status.

Reorder Levels

Overview

User provides details and generates a reorder level report. User specifies the report by the venue or store. The type of reorder level settings will change according to the venue selected and the corresponding information will also automatically be filled out (number of days and or dates between which to measure the daily sales average). The user selects the vendor from a dropdown box, then can generate the report. He can review the report and then has the option to create a store order or a purchase order. If he clicks create a store order or create a purchase order he will be taken to those screens and will create the order for the venue or store he had just specified.  User must save report  so that the report will be given an automatically generated transfer number before he can click send. The generated report provides the item IDs, SKUs, and the description, vendor, quantity on hand, and the quantity reordered of each item.

Bin Locations

Overview 

User provides details and generates a bin location report. User specifies the report by venue, store, or warehouse, the bin location and enters UPC numbers between which to report items in the to and from boxes. The user then generates the report. The generated report provides the item ID, the UPCs, and a description, the bin location, and the quantity of each item.
