90 day unconditional advance warranty. Replacement unit sent using USPS 2 day shipping (with pick up of defective unit). If the merchant needs replacement overnight, pricing is attached.
After 90 days, warranty is replacement using UPS ground. Expedited shipping is charged to merchant at pricing below.
After warranty has expired (1 year warranty) and for all other peripherals:
Proport - cost of repairs plus shipping, we will send replacement
Peripherals - follow manufacturer’s direction
Proport only (3 lbs) - including Saturday delivery:
Shipped in 2 day Express box (23x11x3) - No charge to merchant if first 90 days
If merchant needs O/N: cost to them is $55.00
Proport with stand (7 lbs) - including Saturday delivery:
If merchant needs Proport shipped attached to stand, cost to them is $35.00
Shipped in Archelon box (14x12x9)
