In a desire to save paper, many customers want to not print receipts that are not needed for reimbursement documentation.  This configuration generates a prompt for the cashier to ask the customer whether or not they want a receipt.  The cashier will push the button of their choice, "Yes" or "No."  Remember, that you may always reprint a receipt, should a customer change their mind, by going to the search button on the transaction screen and selecting the transaction to reprint.
