Overview:
Merchants can use the Skedool (Appointment Scheduler) to add, modify, and reschedule appointments. This feature is available from the WinPOS or TabPOS. Filter display the appointments by provider, customer, or date or even by status - such as Scheduled, Checked in, or Cancelled.
Have the ability to create new appointments for the date and length of time needed. Select your provider from active employees and the customer from all customers in your database. Enter what service is being performed as well as any comments.
MODIFY EXISTING APPOINTMENTS
Users can change all aspects of the appointment, including provider, customer, date and time. If Time and/or date are modified the appointment will display with the status of rescheduled.
VIEW STATUS/SCHEDULE
Users can view their appointment for the day or by provider or by customer. Once the data is displayed, it can be sorted for optimal use.
Note: After four hours on inactivity, application will sign out the user and they must log back in to access the scheduler.
