Add New Appointment

Overview: This is used to create new appointments

Provider: drop down of active employees (search is also available to use)

Customer: Drop down of all customers (search is also available to use)

Store: Select store from drop down

Service: Enter a description of the service to be provided

Slot: Drop down with time periods

Day/Time: Select appointment start time

Notes: Add comments, as needed

Press Add Event to Save
