This is a new development within the past 2 days (reported 2/14/14), and is data related. Merchant will need to determine what data is causing the failure and correct it. 

 

"The restart did not correct the issue of No Matching Item Found when using the item look up in Transfers, Adjustments, where we are really running into an issue with is we can’t print tags from the CAS due to the error below which we also need to use item look up for printing tags.  Something has changed because we were able to print tags and use the item look up as of yesterday. But today this morning we are now locked out. I will get back onto chat again to see if this issue can be worked out.Resolution: Located vendor record created with blank data except VendorID

Resource for resolving: Look in the Vendor Listing to look for vendors which have inconsistent data - such as a blank name/Vendor code
