Item Look up pulls up no data


Merchant accesses the item look up function from either the transfer item lookup or generate bar code item look up (or any of the other places item look up is located)

This issue has been reported by a merchant, they are able to pull data if vendor is included in the search criteria. 

This is a new development within the past 2 days (reported 2/14/14), and is data related. Merchant will need to determine what data is causing the failure and correct it. 

Resolution: Located vendor record created with blank data except VendorID

Resource for resolving: Look in the Vendor Listing to look for vendors which have inconsistent data - such as a blank name/Vendor code
