There is only one significant enhancement to the application as part of the new POS release 4.00.24:
MIGRATION TO JAVA WEB START
When installing the application on the POS, the process has been simplified to also load the current version of the supporting applications (mysql, java, and JRE). This should provide all merchants with a consistent, easy installation.
SETTING UP THE POS ON LINUX
The POS can now be set using Linux (recommended setting is with Ubuntu for best results).
