A merchant with merchandise that will be set a different price for part of the year, can create a price list to be effective the June 6, 2012, that list will be modifiable until it's effective date. From that date forward the new prices will be in effect and won't be able to modify that list. They can however, create a new list, or a Price Book  if they wish to be able to set the prices to be active and inactive.

Purchase Order with Multiple UPCs

In prior versions,  each item on a PO had to contain a unique UPC, however there may be reasons for a merchant to have multiple UPCs on a PO, perhaps there is an item that has a case price and a dozen price or perhaps multiple item numbers share a same UPC (less likely). This update allows for purchase orders to have a UPC and an item listed multiple times on the PO, the data will not be consolidated in any manner. So a merchant will not receive a duplicate item error, if the same UPC is entered.
