Overview - User separates inventory by different colors. Here the user creates a new color. This color will appear in a dropdown box when creating an item in master item. If user want to modify his created color he must go to the modify inventory tab and select his color.

Access - Access to this function at an enterprise level is limited by default to the System Administrator and Financial users only. Accounting, store managers, warehouse general managers as well as zone managers and human resource managers may modify settings at Venues or Store assigned to them.
