Use of Feedback Configuration:
Feedback Configuration Page is a tool where you can set up a customer feedback survey through e-mail (I.E. "Were the staff friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable?"), or you may also customers ask to rate services on a scale of 1-10. You are able to automate the next question in the survey based on the previous response from the customer.
