Overview:

Our integration with QuickBooks Online allows users to track their Sales - not only the Transactions, but Discounts and Sales Tax as well.  With QuickBooks Online and CAS, you will have Online Access anytime and anywhere.  Setting Up is Fast and Easy, it only takes minutes to get started and the Data is automatically sent to QuickBooks Online.


Note:

This Integration is into QuickBooks Online and not the QuickBooks Desktop Application.

Details:

Setting Up

  1. If you have already established your QuickBooks Online Account, you login by pressing the "Connect to QuickBooks" button, and enter in your QuickBooks Username and Password.
     
  2. Authorize retailcloud to send your Sales Information to QuickBooks Online.  Once completed - you will be redirected back to CAS.
     
  3. From CAS, select
your Sales and Return Chart of Accounts
  1. the General Ledger that you want

returns data
  1. Return to be sent to and press "Save Accounts".
     
  2. On a daily basis, sales and return data will be sent to your QuickBooks Online Account.
     
  3. If you dont have a QuickBooks Online account, there is no need to worry, we have a Sign Up button where you can access QuickBooks Online and set up your account.

Requirements:

  • Windows 7 and 8, Mac OS X 10.8 (Mountain Lion), 10.9 (Mavericks), 10.10 (Yosemite), Chromebooks
  • Internet connection required (high-speed connection recommended)
  • Supported browsers: Chrome 41 or later, Firefox 36 or later, Internet Explorer 10 or later, Safari 6.2 or later.
  • Also accessible via mobile browsers: Android, Chrome (Android and iOS) and Safari.
  • QuickBooks Online mobile app is available on iPhone, iPad and Android phones and tablets. Not all features are available on the mobile apps.
  • QuickBooks Online mobile access is included with your QuickBooks Online subscription at no additional cost.
