Steps to Set up Paygistix on the POS

To schedule an installation with one of Paygistix technicians to install the Paygistix Client credit card processing software, please use our appointment request form located at :http://paymentlogistics.net/appointment-request

Older Instructions (No longer Used)

On the POS go to Portal and Login:   http://paymentlogistics.net

Go to Document Library>Paygistix Client

Click on Paygistix Client to run the application (download the zip file and run the application in the zip file)

On Windows XP

Start>All Programs>Paygistix> -

Icon will be in right corner of screen – click on to pair

Must pair register with paygistix to run transactions (when at pairing screen – call TED DULAY at 888.624.3687 ext 238 and he can pair it in a minute. (available at 7am PDT). Need info on Merchant contact info)

 

 

On Vista  Windows 7 and Windows 8

Start>All Programs>Paygistix> - Right click

Go to Properties – Need to set as administrator – need process

 

Protech registers - verify that the following are installed:

 If you are using an older version of windows you have to make sure that you have computer has

  • Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 installed.
  • MSXML 4.0 Service Pack 2 (Microsoft XML Core Services)
