Overview

Customer activity can be tracked based on Gross Margin, Sales Volume or Transaction Count. Within each category there can be many levels.

If user selects a frequency based category, they can classify customers based on their number of sales transactions, transaction volume, or total profitability.

Select the tracking level you wish to establish or modify frequency groups for and click on "Show", this will display the screen to define the group.Identify if your categories will be based on all data from a certain date, a rolling 12 months or will never reset. Then you can name your levels and establish minimum and maximum levels for that category. also identify if customers in those categories are to be tracked as "VIP" customers. Press Save when you are done.
