Enabled POWA in Error

Problem

If you have enabled POWA in your Hardware Settings in error and can no longer print any receipts or reports, please follow the directions below.

Solution

Steps:
  1. In the Hardware Configuration, change the setting from POWA to unrestricted.
  2. Restart the Tablet (power down and power back up if you do not have a restart function).
  3. Open the TabPOS Applicaiton.
  4. Unplug the USB for the Printer for 3 seconds and plug it back in.
  5. Now run a Sale or Report, if you run into any USB pop ups - please select Allow.
