Multiple Suspended Transactions
The system now allows sales to be suspended at one register and resumed at another register within the store or even from another venue. From the CAS, the user can view outstanding suspended transactions and void them.
Some of the benefits of being able to view abandoned sales is to be able to see what customers put into there carts and didn't buy. This opens up marketing strategies such as offering the customer the merchandise at a discounted price.
Serialization:
The system now includes a customizable serialization function that consists of several tools that can be used to track the serial numbers and names of customers that bought the items. This is a great tool for stores that need to be able to track and keep a record of who purchased or sold certain items such as a shooting range.
